|Whey Spelt Scones with our own Quince Jelly|
I made some organic spelt scones with the goats whey! They tasted so good here's the recipe...
6 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
Whey (or just use organic milk)
Organic Sultanas (if you like them)
Sift spelt flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl and mix. Cut in butter, add organic sultanas. Add enough whey to make a soft dough, mixing with a knife. Knead a few times. Dust oven tray with slour and press dough onto tray. Cut into pieces (whatever size you prefer). Bake 200C for 10 mins or until golden brown.
