Climate Change Action - from home..

A while back we listened and watched from our bedroom window huge as Pine Trees across from our house literally snapped in half and came crashing down in front of our eyes. It was scarey.

My 4 year old heard it and watched it too. It was her first real life lesson on climate change.

Canterbury lost thousands of trees in those big winds. And there's no doubt more severe weather conditions are to come. For everyone.

But.. instead of feeling helpless, GET OUT THERE, dig a deep hole, add some compost to it and PLANT a native tree. Or two. Or three!

Here's Sam planting our new Totara Tree. It's native and could grow to 30 metres tall.

Small actions make big change.

  1. Wonderful that you are planting for the trees that were lost!
